The Brix Hotel

Project Details

Amera Caribbean, along with its partners, has undertaken the redevelopment project of the Carlton Savannah Hotel. Refurbishing and upgrading the current hotel to become The Brix, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection – an evolving ensemble of independent hotels. This renovation includes the interior upgrades and conversion of the hotel and is expected to play a role in Trinidad’s commitment to develop the tourism sector as well as help fulfill the demand for hotel accommodations which has increased by 6% from 2016 to 2019.
