Anthony Rahael is the RHL Group Chief Executive Officer for Rahael Holdings Limited; Amera Caribbean Development Limited; Broadway Properties Limited; Trinity Housing Limited; Endeavour Holdings Limited; Albertwood Limited; JMC Entertainment Limited and South Park Limited.

For the subsidiaries of the RHL Group, Mr. Rahael directs all company operations and activities to maximize profitability; he establishes objectives, plans, policies and standards. Mr. Rahael possesses over 40 years of professional experience in business including manufacturing; wholesale and retail sales; finance; real estate development and construction; and business development. He has sat on the Board of Directors of National Entrepreneurship Development Company Limited; Premier Quality Services Limited and Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards.  He is a member of the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Commerce, Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers’ Association and the Downtown Owners & Merchants Association.  Mr. Rahael is a past President of Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers’ Association and has also served as Chairman of Fashion Week of Trinidad & Tobago (FWTT).

As Chief Operations Officer for the RHL Group, Razard Basil establishes and implements operating procedures and plans and directs daily operations of the company. Mr. Ali also manages the company’s financial plans, policies and practices; he plans and directs treasury, budgeting, reporting and accounting functions; directs auditing; tax planning and maintains relationships with financing sources.  He possesses over 40 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, finance, sales and marketing, procurement, production and operations. Prior to joining Rahael Holdings Limited Group of Companies, Mr. Ali was a Group Executive Director of Furness Trinidad Group of Companies and an Audit Director with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.

He is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada (CMA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT).

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Lauren Sharpe she attained her BSc. in Civil Engineering with a MSc. in Project Management.  She went on to further earn her Master’s Certification in Concrete Construction Management.  Ms. Sharpe takes an active role in the engineering industry and business community as an engaged member of the Association of Professional Engineers of T&T (APETT) and the Association of Female Executives of T&T (AFETT).

Ms. Sharpe has extensive experience in the field of project management and construction management. She presently manages Amera’s portfolio of construction projects which includes contract administration, procurement of services, the co-ordination of design and contracting teams including technical and supervisory staff and services. She is also responsible for driving the project development and project execution in cooperation with clients, discipline engineers and other project team members. Ms. Sharpe reports and forecasts the development of the individual projects in the portfolio and intervenes to achieve defined project outputs.

Some of the completed and planned development projects that Lauren has managed while at Amera Caribbean include South Park, Park Place, THA Administration Building, O’Meara Plaza, Heartland Plaza, The Residences at South Park and Maracas Royal Residential Project.

Ava Tang Choon joined Amera in May 1999 and has since played an instrumental role in the growth and development of Amera Caribbean.  She assists the group with obtaining a first-rate tenant mix for the group’s properties such as Price Plaza, Heartland Plaza, South Park, Briar Place, Park Place and Tradezone as well as assists with acquisitions in prime locations. She has contributed at various levels and in different areas including in Leasing and Property Management.

She started her career in 1980 as an Assistant to the Sales Director at Westmoorings Limited, a major developer of commercial and residential properties and what is now considered the most valuable real estate in Trinidad.  She progressed to Sales Manager in 1992 at Anchor Investments Limited a subsidiary of Guardian Holdings Limited, the leading insurance company in the Caribbean Region.  She has brought with her over twenty-five years of experience in Sales, Leasing and Property Management skills.
